Stress Management

According to the American Institute of Stress: 43% of all adults suffer adverse health effects due to stress.  85% to 90% of all visits to primary care physicians are for stress-related complaints or disorders. The association between chronic stress and a host of health-related issues is now undisputed. We live in a confluence of many changes coming together on a regular basis. This on top of personal stressors, compounds the stress we have. We become overwhelmed, but don’t recognize how much it impacts our bodies and minds. Much of the time we don’t know what our stressors are, much less how to manage them.

Taking steps to learn what your stressors are, how to manage stressful situations, and change the behaviors that create the chronic stress are the trainings available if you are ready to create a healthier you!
