Dr. Mark A. Lopez is a postdoctoral research associate for The LiiNK Project at Texas Christian University. He graduated from the University of North Texas with his PhD in Educational Psychology with a focus on Human Development and Family Science. His professional training has provided a strong foundation in human development, particularly socioemotional development and well-being related to parenting and premature infants. His previous work has focused on the impact of various interventions on the role of maternal health literacy within mother-preterm infant attachment. He has taught developmental courses, has training in observational ratings of parent-child interactions, and aims build a secure knowledge of research, statistics, and measurement.
